Meet Sheri
An attentive professional with a steadfast work ethic, Sheri Flagler is a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator. Currently a Senior Real Estate Associate at Coldwell Banker Realty in Chestnut Hill, Sheri has worked in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Her primary focus is the residential market in the Boston metropolitan area, serving buyers, sellers, and developers across various property types and price ranges.
Sheri came to Boston in the 1970s to attend college and has called Brookline home ever since graduating. She initially built a successful career as an art director for Boston-based advertising agencies, where she designed logos and branding materials for corporate clients—including many in the real estate sector. That visual design background, paired with over two decades of service on the Brookline Preservation Commission (including nearly 10 years as Chair), gives her deep insight into historic architecture, residential development, and property presentation.
Clients consistently praise Sheri for her industry expertise, tireless advocacy, and diligence on their behalf. As a sharp negotiator who looks out for every advantage, she connects clients with a vetted network of builders, electricians, plumbers, and local contractors whenever needed. Deeply engaged in the local community, Sheri has served on the boards of the Brookline Chamber of Commerce, the Boston Camerata, Brookline Adult & Community Education, and the American Cancer Society. She served as Chair of the Brookline Preservation Commission, is an incorporator of the Museum of Transportation, and spent years delivering meals with Little Brothers-Friends of the Elderly.
Outside of real estate, Sheri is an avid tennis player, world traveler, museum-goer, art collector, and movie and concert enthusiast who takes great pride in supporting worthwhile causes.
